Nick Munro Holdings will only accept returns on items that are defective or damaged up to the end of standard warranty period (1 year).

Any item that meets these criteria will be eligible for replacement or a full refund.

Items that do not meet the returns criteria will not be refunded.

Damaged or defective items out of warranty are not eligible for return unless the defect is considered exceptional circumstances by the company.

Once your return is received and inspected, the company will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The company will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit note will be provided to the value of the refundable amount. The refund will be paid in full to you within two working days of receipt of bank details.

Refunds will only be paid to the customer who placed the initial order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The company will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only applicable for the same item.

To return your product, you should contact for access to the returns portal.

Once you have accessed the returns hub, follow the instructions to process the collection of your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
