The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

Orders cannot be placed for out of stock items, however you can register an interest and we will email you when the item becomes available.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping estimate available at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Standard shipping for UK orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Express Shipping for UK orders processed in the UK before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-14 days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do I need to pay customs/import duties and taxes?

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK, may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Nick Munro Holdings Ltd (Please note that if you are sending a product as a gift the recipient may be responsible for any duties and taxes applied). Please consult your local customs office for more information about duties and taxes in your area.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For domestic shipping we use DHL, Yodel and DPD services.

How is my parcel packed to ensure it arrives safely?

All of our products are packaged in Nick Munro branded boxes. These boxes are equipped with fitted inserts to prevent any internal movement, ensuring the safety of the items during transit. To further enhance protection these items are then placed into recyclable cardboard boxes for shipping. We use 100% biodegradable and compostable packing peanuts. This approach not only contributes to safe product delivery but also underscores our unwavering commitment to sustainable packaging practices.

How do I look after Stainless Steel?

Stainless Steel Products

Always rinse before use.

Nick Munro items are made from 18/8 or 18/10 stainless steel. Wash gently with warm soapy water using a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. For a luxe finish, apply a non-abrasive metal polish.

Alternatively, all our stainless steel items are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for best results. Do not use detergents, soda or strong soaps.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes, we do sell replacements and spares. Take a look by clicking this link Spare Parts. If you are looking for something else that isn't featured, then all you need to do is fill out our contact form with the replacement part/s that you need and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can you help repair or refurbish my Nick Munro product?

If your Nick Munro original is out of warranty and is experiencing issues, please get in touch using our enquiry form. Please include as much information as possible to ensure a quick and swift response from us. Depending on the nature of the issue, our team can assess the best path to restoring your piece so it looks brand new. Please note, at this point in time we are unable to undertake major welding repairs on stainless steel products. We are working on a solution and hope to be able to begin this process again soon. I have a pewter item, can I get it repaired or refurbished?

If you own a Pewter Nick Munro product, we can help to repair most problems as well as provide a full refurbishment service. Please fill out our contact form with the which item you have and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I have the wicker replaced?

Any items with wicker wrapped handles can be re-wrapped by our team with a quick turnaround. Please fill out our contact form with the which item you have and we'll be happy to assist you.

What is your returns eligibility?

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return unless the product is faulty in which case our 1 year guarantee would make you eligible for a full refund or replacement.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

How can I return my order?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

To initiate a return, please click the ‘Request A Return/Exchange’ link located in the footer on the Home Page. Simply insert your order number and contact information and follow the instructions for initiating a return.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

What happens if my purchase arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your purchased item has arrived in an unsuitable condition or is the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nickmunro.com or fill out our contact form and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Do you have a shop?

We used to have a shop on Commonhall Street in Chester, which you may have visted in the past but sadly we closed our store in 2018 and have not reopened.
